Transparent ink (also called clear ink, embossing ink, or watermark ink) is mainly used for [[:Category:Technique|techniques]. This type of ink is transparent, viscous, and dries slowly.
Usage
It's most commonly used for heat embossing, but it can also be used for watermarking (letting the ink dry and getting a slightly darkened image on colored cardstock) and adding pigment powders such as Perfect Pearls.
Forms
When you want to use clear ink to stamp with, you'll use either a regular or small-sized ink cube. For adding accents, to freehand, or to make small corrections, this ink is also available in a pen.
